I have had a very frustrating week with Virgin Media. Problems with our WiFi and was told last week it was a problem with our router and they would send new one, nothing arrived so phoned again- now told no problem that they can find despite still no WiFi in our front room or upstairs. Asked to speak to a manager,  was told would receive call back within 5 hrs- surprise surprise,- no call and the customer advisor put phone down on me. Very frustrating as no further forward and completely fed up with vitgin and why I am paying a monthly fee fir such awful customer service- if I received this in a shop I wouldn't return 😕

I am sorry to hear you feel this way and for the experience you've had here. This is something that we can look into - not a problem at all. Upon taking a look from our side I can see that the power levels are not where they should be. I will send you over a private message so that I can help get this resolved.
