Referrals award

Good afternoon! 

I'm having an issue where I’m still waiting for my £50 referral to be paid out. 

It’s been pending for over 6 months - I’ve contacted Aklamio and they told me it’s down to virgin media to deal with this, but virgin say it’s up to Alkamio!

It’s all very confusing. I’ve escalated this to a complaint, but has anyone had an issue similar to this recently? has anyone solved the issue?

Thank you for your welcome! 

I have done that, i have already also contacted Aklamio - they’re the ones who have told me it’s up to virgin to release the funds. 

What can i do now?

We apologise for any confusion caused @rays0280464 As seen in the FAQS it is up to Aklamio to send the payment. Can you confirm that your friend used your referral link and had their services active for 60 days?
