Referral Fee

I joined Virgin Media back in July. I was contacted by the sales team (Craig) who I confirmed with that my friend had referred me to VM. I joined VM and then referred my father to VM.
Neither myself nor my friend nor my father have received our referral fee. This is now nearly five months since referrals and is not acceptable. You advertise referral fee for you and a friend. I am owed £100 and my friend and father are owed £50 each. I spoke to customer services (which took me ages to get through) to then get told to contact Aklamio, which I tried and phone lines not working.
I would appreciate someone contacting me urgently to get this resolved.

Based on previous posts like this you may be told that the correct procedure for claiming the money hasn't been followed.
Previous claimants have been sent back and forward between Aklamio and Virginmedia until they gave up.
