£50 credit not applied to first bill
Hi, I recently signed up for Volt M350 Fibre Broadband on 18/08/2024. I was provided a £50 bill credit card which I used upon signing up online notable on my order summary received via email. I have received my first bill and no credit is noted on the bill at all. Tried reaching out to support but they didn’t leave me with any confidence it would be sorted out. Please advise.Referrals award
Good afternoon! I'm having an issue where I’m still waiting for my £50 referral to be paid out. It’s been pending for over 6 months - I’ve contacted Aklamio and they told me it’s down to virgin media to deal with this, but virgin say it’s up to Alkamio! It’s all very confusing. I’ve escalated this to a complaint, but has anyone had an issue similar to this recently? has anyone solved the issue? thanks in advance!!
