Been billed twice

Hello, Iv just realised for over the last year Iv been billed twice by Virgin media. My usually bill And then a bill for £22 from virgin media which isn’t explained anywhere what it’s for!

Anyone know what this can be?! And if I can get this back?

What Ernie_C has advised is correct, if you have a Freestyle contract you would be charged one amount for the tariff, and another (usually coming under Virgin Media) for the loan on the handset.

I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion surrounding your bill.

 

Has this been one payment of £22 taken or is it reoccurring?

 

Do you have a Virgin mobile that could explain the charge?

Hi, it is reoccurring.

Also yes I have virgin mobile but I’am billed for that separately as well!

Isn’t the Virgin Mobile charged in two parts? One for the purchase of the handset and one for the service?
