continuous dial tone

Hi

Live in BN3, I can't dial out on the home phone which we have to use for work as the dial tone is continuous, when I press the numbers of the person I need to call they don't stop the dial tone.

Is this a local issue at the moment?

Yes, doesn't cease when I try to dial a number

I have been able to locate your account and have taken your number off the network and returned it back on there, please check your line to see if this has cleared the issue and let me know what happens.
