I have just last week changed to VM Gig1 from Sky (52mb) and since then playing CoD online is pretty much impossible.
I am constantly getting red warnings of Packet Burst and High Latency, which results in the most horrendous of lag.
I have looked through the forum and it's clear it's not just me being affected by this. I am playing through Wifi but cannot run an wired connection due to proximity of the SuperHub 4 and the Xbox.
Can anyone give me some advice? I'm not the most technical of people so may need it broken down into idiot terms.
Thanks in advance.

You need to setup a BQM in the first instance to record the incoming circuit. www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Also post the power levels and network log from the Hub. Once this is done we can comment on your circuit.
As an aside, gaming is better via cable as wifi has a higher latency and is affected by interference.

I set up a BQM yesterday, below is the live link

How do I share power levels and network log?

Your BQM is showing low level of packet loss

What does that mean and can I fix it?

Packet loss is when your circuit drops packets of information, so that's a bad thing. You can't fix it, that's up to VM to send a technician to sort out.

Go to https://192.168.0.1 on your Router and post the Status logs. They are Downstream , Upstream , Configuration and Network Log.
Just copy and paste the text into posts, do not use screenshots. Ignore warnings about formatting and just post anyway. The Board software will sort it out.
