I have been locked out of my emails for my ntlworld email address. I have followed the instructions provided to reset the password, but every time I get the message - Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one
The passwords I am trying aere meeting the criteria, so I cannot think why they are not being accepted.
This seems to be a common issue, but I have not seen a resolution. Can anybody help?

Sorry to hear of the issues trying to create a new memorable word for your E-Mail account.
Can you please try using an alternative browser, or clearing the cache on the browser you're using to see if this allows you to set the memorable word on the account?
