Email has disappeared altogether

Two of mine have disappeared as well.  It seems to be connected to this ludicrous idea that you need to have a non-virgin media account to sign into any of your emails now. I have been waiting for six weeks to talk to someone from IT to sort this.  Customer Services are incapable of this level of tech assistance, so I wouldn't bother with them.  I have been told that I am now on the priority list for IT support.  If I get it solved I will let you know what you need to do.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your emails since the new multi-factor authentication came into force. This is something we've needed to implement to increase security and keeping your emails and details safe. 

As this has already been raised to IT, we will leave this with them.
