Historic emails disappeared

I have emails that have disappeared from my inbox. All emails prior to 1/9/2023 are no longer visible. Anything after this date is fine. Sending and receiving is also okay. I just need the historic emails restoring. I have raised tickets to resolve this issue but still no resolution. Each time I'm told it's resolved It isn't and I have to go around the loop again. Can someone from VM please help ? Thank you

    I've just received a call from VM stating that the missing emails cannot be retrieved. Can the forum Team please advise if there is anything else they or I can do ?   Thank you

      Thanks for reaching back out to us. Apologies for the issues that you have had with your emails, I am afraid the department that called you specialise in this area and we would of referred your issue to them. If they cannot retrieve your missing emails, there is nothing that we can do either.

      I know this is not ideal for you and for that we do apologise greatly.
