I set up a secondary email about 10 years ago for my daughter, she now cannot access it, I've tried to manage through my virgin media account but it is not in the list to manage.
How can the password be re-set?

If the email account is no longer listed in your MyVirginMedia profile, it will have been deleted or is in the process of being deleted.
VM no longer issue new email accounts.
