I do not have the option to MANAGE in my account settings

I do not have the option to "Manage" in my account settings - it simply is not there (I have logged into my Virgin Media main account on different browsers and the iPhone Virgin Media app - all show the same), so I cannot access any option to "Generate a new app password". Please can one of the VM Forum Team let me know what the solution is so I can change the "app password".

Many thanks!

Select Account Settings > Virgin Media Mail Settings > Generate new App password; located under App password section towards foot of page as highlighted below:

Sadly, I do not have that option. When I log onto my account, I can click on Account Settings. That then brings up a page with the following FOUR boxes: "My Virgin Mediaacount [sic - this is how it appears] details", "Marketing and contact preferences", "Online Security" and "Device Authentication". When I click on "My Virgin Media account details" (which I am told should bring me to the option to Generate a new App password), I am then sent to a new page headed "Security and sign in details" which has FOUR boxes headed: "My sign in details", "Telephone security details", "Registered devices" and "Sign out across all signed in devices". There is no further box or option to change the password for the Virgin Media email account (ie the email with a virginmedia.com domain, not the primary non-Virgin Media email which is linked to the Virgin Media account generally and used to log into the main Virgin Media account portal).

Thanks. A helpful Virgin Media technician identified a solution, which was to create a new Virgin Media primary account (using another third party email address) and link my old Virgin Media email account to that - that worked as the new Virgin Media account now shows all of the menu options. I can now reset my Virgin Media password!
