my virgin connect app cannot find my hub4. Hub not found is all I get.    This is on both my iPad and iPhone. I have disconnected any vpn, I have reloaded the app, I have rebooted the hub for a full 90 seconds to no avail.    I also cannot access the hub settings page which just doesn’t load after inputting the password …. The Wi-Fi works but I cannot scan etc.    Please help

Take a moment to look at this forum, there are dozens and dozens of posts identical to yours.

1) Uninstall the Connect app from all devices in your home.

2) Next press RESET for 60 seconds and leave the Hub 4 powered on to revert to the factory settings.

Now the Hub menu should work again.

The Hub 4 will re-fail very quickly if the Connect app is re-installed or remains on any mobile in your home.

You might well ask why VM continues to promote the use of the Connect app, when its failure is well known.

Perhaps you might get an answer. No one else has. 😞

The key to progress is banishing the Connect app from your home. A step that you have to make.

Until you have removed the app from all devices and done a proper factory default, you are wasting your time.

If the Hub still fails after you have done that, it needs replacing.
