Not able to send emails from outlook

Getting this message all of a sudden

Thanks for the info. The mail did contain a couple of URL links but it's sent ok this morning, so all good.

So something in the email you are trying to send has triggered VM's outgoing spam filters. It could well be a url link.

If you are replying to an email that you have received and your reply includes the contents of that original email then it might be something such as a url link in that received email.

VM's spam filters are updated all the time and so that error will almost certainly disappear if you try again perhaps tomorrow.

If your email reply does include the original email you could also try deleting the contents of the reply from your sent message before you retry sending it.

Can you please provide us with an update, with the advice from @coenoby taken into consideration?

Do you experience any issues with sending and receiving when using our web mail function?

It's happening again I'm afraid. I cannot forward any email that contains a link.  Very frustrating....
