I am unable to access my email inbox as a message appears -
Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour . It advises ringing a helpline but due to hearing loss I have difficulty hearing on the phone. Can I remedy this without ringing, or is there another means of contact?

The first thing to try is to follow the advice given by Virgin Media in this post:
Follow all the steps detailed there. If you still get that same error message then post back here and one of the Forum Team (VM employees who support this forum) can take a look at it for you and sort things out for you via the forum.
