Hello,
Last week my @ntlworld email address stopped working when I use Outlook (Office 365 version)
This week my email address (and my wife's email) failed on our Samsung phones as well. I removed the email account from my phone and tried to re-add it but now I get the following message:
"Couldn't verify account.
Server does not support authentication"
Since our email addresses are long standing and won't work with 2 different email clients, I'm guessing there is something amiss with Virgin.
Any advice gratefully received...

After a successful change of password go to https://netreport.virginmedia.com/netreport/ and:
Should de-listing not occur then post back here to have the forum team investigate further.
