Well I'm saddened by this reduction in service. What a shame. I created secondary email addresses because my primary address was pwned. I think I'm right in saying that I cannot change my primary address. I no longer use it and I have mostly moved away from VM. Last week I received an email from Virgin suggesting that I upgrade to TV360 (whatever that is...no explanation given) at no extra cost. It asks me to go to Apps and Games/Install now. Unfortunately no such selection is available to upgrade so this fell at the first fence. So what is this all about? What is TV360 and why is the email wrong?55Views0likes0Comments
