Where can I see all my email addresses?

I have a number of ntlworld.com and virginmedia.com emails. Is there somewhere where I can see a list of them and add and delete email addresses? I used to be able to list them...but things may have changed?

VM stopped allowing broadband customers to create new secondary email accounts back in May 2022. In fact, VM have not issued any new VM email accounts since then, even to new customers.

As to viewing the list of secondary email accounts in your primary account, well that seems to have disappeared when the VM02 sign in changes were made. It's not clear whether that was an oversight or all part of a bigger plan.

I've only linked my main VM account with the VMO2 ID.

If I log into webmail  https://mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite/  I can still see and access my secondary email account ( I don't have any additional secondary accounts).

Clicking on the Settings cogwheel in the top right hand corner opens the basic settings page. From there clicking on Accounts lists my main and secondary email accounts.   There is a trashcan icon to the right of my secondary account which I presume will delete that account.

newapollo  I'm pretty sure that would just delete the secondary email from that VM webmail account.  It wouldn't delete the underlying email account.  Currently there no longer seems to be a way for the user to delete accounts.

Well I'm saddened by this reduction in service. What a shame.

I created secondary email addresses because my primary address was pwned. I think I'm right in saying that I cannot change my primary address. I no longer use it and I have mostly moved away from VM. I think it's time to find a new ISP.

You don't need to change ISP just because of email issues. Indeed the advice is always to have an email provision that is independent from your ISP.
