How to delete old Blueyonder email addresses
Hello, It has been some years since I left Virgin Media. I closed my account at the time so am unable to log in. Also, I no longer use the @blueyonder email accounts (mine and my husband). However, the email accounts still appear to be active as we have received messages forwarded to our new email accounts. How can I get the old email addresses deleted as I am having difficulty contacting Virgin Media directly due to not having an account? My VM account has a number of email accounts which all work fine on my PC. The one set up for my wife has stopped working on her tablet (software is Android 14). Her phone still connects to the VM email and a gmail account on this tab also works fine. I checked the settings on the Tab and they were exactly the same as the phone. I have also created a new connection using Em Client App with the settings shown on the VM document explaining how to connect a new app - I used the app password I created earlier this year, but the connection failed. Do I have to create a new password? I am reluctant to do this as the VM info states that I then have to update all the existing apps and don't want to risk them also failing !! Hey there, I am the primary account holder for my account. I created a subaccount many years ago for my son and he's used it ever since. Both accounts are ntlworld.com We noticed since the 20th October he's not been receiving rerouted emails to his gmail. To rectify this, we attempted to login on the website using the sub account. The last password we had does not work and the secret questions do not work, despite us knowing they're correct. We've tried to call a couple times but gotten nowhere, can someone here help us? We just need the password on the sub account resetting so he can log in again. The main account is linked, the sub account isn't. Hi on Friday 17th October I received an email telling me that my Netflix email has been changed even though I didn't authorise this, obviously I was very concerned and was wondering how this was possible, I reset my Virgin email password and went onto Netflix to see how this happened and how I could change it back, I was told I need to get a service code on my account to change it back however I was only logged in on my two Virgin 360 boxes and the service code that was showing Netflix told me it was wrong, so I asked Virgin and they said they don't know anything about the service code, now I know people will say you need to speak to Netflix but I have and they just tell me it's Virgin I need to speak to and they can't do anything about this, like a lot of people the account language has now changed to Spanish and despite multiple calls and live chats none of the agents at Virgin seem to understand I'm telling them that a new Netflix account needs to be set up with my email and the old account deleted as the email has been changed on that account and somebody else is using it but they seem to think I just can't log back in and keep telling me to log in with my email but obviously because there's no account linked to my email it's coming up as no account linked to this address, is there anybody here who knows how I can fix this or speak to someone who can help me fix this as it's been going on for so long and every time they call or I speak on live chat I can tell they don't want to deal with the problem and keep passing me from person to person asking me to try things to fix it that I know full well won't work.170Views0likes10CommentsNtlworld email for sign in
Hi, I needed to change my password for my ntlworld email. To do this I was prompted to change my sign in email so I changed this to another email address. Ok, what's changed guys and what are we expected to do to resolve it or are you rolling back your change since its broken everything ? I have multiple email accounts (@blueyonder.co.uk) and they are all no longer working, not only that but i can't log onto your portal. My entire life uses these email addresses and is going to be a major, if possible at all, task to get myself sorted out with other email accounts, really not viable at all. I have been with you guys since telewest, so a very very long time. Can somebody get back to me asap please with a fix, explanation of this change and also why i wasn't even aware of something so drastic it warrantied a letter in advance. Went to use the webmail yesterday for my blueyonder account as i suspect i might have something stuck in the junk folder. Can't access it, getting a 403 Forbidden error message. Same just now. I have been logged out of my emails on my phone, when I gone to enter the password nothing I put in is correct. Went to the virgin website to do 'forgotten password' I put in my email which is a virgin email date of birth & answer to my security question, double and triple checked everything is correct but it constantly tells me something is wrong and I can't change my password. There's no option to verify another way. Called Virgin and wasn't too helpful. All of the info is 100% correct as I used my memorable word when I called, so I'm at a loss of how I can get back into my account? So currently have no access to my e mail or VM account.
