Email verification not working from email change
I have changed over to a new email provider and wanted to change on Myvirgin to the new email. Everything ok, changed email and then just needed an email verification, sent the link and clicked it once received. When I tried to log in it said i needed to verify email, even though that was what i had just done.. Takes about 3-5 business days to receive the email and just goes in circles. I have had to cancel my Virgin Media account before services were provisioned, due to delivery delays. Via a Virgin Media sales representative doing door to door sales since Virgin Media became available in my area, I have registered with Virgin Media again via him. As the new and old VM account created are using the same email address, I'm now unable to login to my new Virgin Media account, nor can I change the email address associated with my old one. Really frustrating, I'm unable to see when the installation will take place or order additional services.can’t make an account
When I set up my contract I never received an email or an account number or area reference. I then later recieved a text message from virgin telling me that my email address no longer existed so i had to register but I cannot make one due to having no account number or area reference. After about 30 mins on the phone about a month ago I managed to get through to an actual human and I explained my situation and was told that a letter would be sent to my address with a code to be able to set up my account over the phone. I still have not received this eventhough I was told i would receive the letter within a week. Also, my direct debit is no longer working to pay so I now have to make payments over the phone and I have to pay £7 more each time as they give me a late fee. I am so unhappy with my experience that has been ongoing for months.
Cannot change VM primary email
I am trying to change to my primary VM email account. I click the email field from the VM account page and get this: I put the desired new email address in, and get this: In no place, anywhere do i have communication from VM. Not in any inboxes, spam folder, anywhere. Help!Two Early cancellation fee emails?
I am changing broadbands from Virgin media to Vodafone, after completing the process in Vodafone, I have received two Early cancellation fee emails sent a day after the other with a different reference number and a different fee amount. Which Early cancellation fee should I pay? And how do I download the final bill?
Locked accounts
Hi, Last year I had one of my email accounts locked, I asked for help & found out that I needed to provide another email address to regain access to that account. I've now just been locked out of multiple accounts today with the same message, does this mean I've got to make up new email accounts to regain access ?? I just don't understand why Virgin Media keep locking people out of their email accounts when they're being accessed just so they have to make another email up with another provider so they can regain access again... its VERY frustrating !!!! Any help or advice would be grateful please.
