hacked mobile and account virgin

hi i have been hacked including my mobile number and my email on my account changed i went to the o2 shop and reported it via phone which was a week ago they tried to hack my virgin banking but the bank was blocked, i was told the fraud team would be in touch and they have not been in touch the longer they have my account the more worried I'm getting. can you give me a update

    In order to best help you. Firstly, please can you advise if both of your O2 and Virgin Media accounts been hacked or just the O2 side of things?

      i think both but defo mobile number 02 have sent a new sim but nothing else i have been to the shop several times but the call centre raises a ticket i was told they would be in touch but still waiting. there is no way to contact the fraud team any help would be appreciated grahame tinmouth
