I have an issue with my Blueyonder email accounts, it stopped working 2 days ago, 4 calls many hours on the phone, a promise that a manager would call me back ( I didn't really think they would) and I am still locked out of my account. I have done everything they have asked, several anti virus scans of my laptop ( nothing found) and several password changes and it still doesn't work. I have no idea what to do next as one of the comments was that someone from another team would call me in 5 working days!
Any tips on what I can do to speed up the process as I am convinced it is Virgins end and not mine

Is your email currently registered onto an active media account with us?

I finally manage to get Virgin to sort out the issue which was their end. However I did lose 4 days worth of emails which is very inconvenient but apparently nothing can be done about it!
