Blocking an email address

Hello, can I completely block a specific email address such that it doesn't even go to spam or trash? Also I don't actually have an email from them to click on, as I have deleted the emails they previously sent to me. I do have the address I want to block though

@Lennox1 If the VM system is sending them to spam there is nothing currently that you can do to block them completely.

This is due to a current fault with the VM spam settings page which doesn't allow you to change the setting.

Once this is fixed you should be able to achieve what you want via a change of the default spam settings and setting up your own filter.

If the email address to be blocked (i.e. discarded) is currently being delivered to your Inbox then consider creating a filter rule similar to the following where miscreant@example.com  should be replaced with the email address you wish to never see.
