Just a heads up about the extended renewal offers emails which Virgin currently send out to their customers. The promise of an extra six months at the same price may seem like a good offer but dont forget to check the small print as has already been detailed on the forum. Everything will not remain the same as TNT will disappear from your Maxit package. If you are a sports fan you will miss out on the climax of the ECL and many more exciting sporting events. Obviously details of this removal can be found on the bottom of your email in much smaller print than the 'amazing extended renewal'.
A renewal offer in name only but with a reduction of services, how do they get away with this practice? Already checking options for a new provider in December when my current contract will end after over 20 years with VM.
