new remote

hi all just set up new remote, with old one the screen would show the title for volume home cinema when turning volume up or down,! set up new remote through my sorround as before, but no screen with home cinema at bottom up or down, just see the volume noumbers on surround display moving no tv volume heading on screen as before. not mega important just annoying any help.????

Hi @focusst2 thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised. 

Apologies, as I'm unsure what you mean referring to this, it does seem like this is related to your sound system as opposed to the TV360 format.

If you could kindly reply with a couple of photos showing what you mean then I'd be more than happy to try and help further once we've got more clarity on this.

thanks for reply just sat here and unpaired remote then paired with my tv just went through a few more times and codes now gone back to normal accepted a code and all good and working as before, many thanks
