V6 tv box has green screen "dvr has detected serious problem" and is in cycling reboot phase.

Your V6 hard drive has failed, your box will need replacing.
You can either call in to report this (150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone) or wait here (might be a couple of days) for VM staff to pickup.
