V6 Box beeping

My Main V6 tv box will not boot up. It gets to the starting up screen and starts making a strange beeping noise. From what I've rreading these forums it looks as if it needs replacing.

Any advice please

1: Call in - 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone and choose the "I have a fault" option.

2: Wait on this forum for a VM staffer to respond, this may take a couple of days.

There's a very good chance the tech will replace your V6 for a new one - a beeping HDD is a failing HDD.
