103 is STV saying channel is not authorised yet have + 1 channel is work full rest has been done anyone else having this issue

Can you try doing an EPG refresh - Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.
I'd imagine you should have STV/ITV-SD on channel 113 - does that work ok?
Is anything reported on either the automated status line (0800 5610061) or the online page (https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status )
