Hi, via a chatbot I ordered a replacement remote. This morning a well sealed, secure jiffy bag arrived. It only contained a piece of paper with pairing instructions. Is this normal practice. Seems a waste of a jiffy bag. Ive still to receive the remote.

You must have received the new invisible prototype remote - it saves cleaning it.
A member of the forum team should pick this up for yuo in a day or two and re-order a new remote.
For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote
