When I had the TV  V6 , powered by Tivo, I was given the option to keep or return the original old box, I kept it when told it was free? it is in a spare room and seldom used..

I have now been told that I am paying £10 a month for this second box, is this true as it never shows on my bill.

A PM refers to the forum's private message facility, and is how VM staff will exchange personal details with you away from these public boards.

Look in the top-right of your screen for a purple envelope - that's the link into the PM section where you can read & reply to private messages.
