Remote for TV 360

I recently upgraded to the oomph package but understand that I need new remotes for my two V6 boxes. Should these arrive automatically or do I have to order them somehow?

Changing your package to Oomph is completely independent of any decision on your part to convert from V6 > 360.

You can either continue to use your V6 boxes as they are, or make an informed decision to convert them to 360 by requesting to do so.

If you do choose to convert, then you will receive the new remotes after ordering the migration, and before your V6's prompt you to convert them to 360.

Whatever you decide, do so on a informed & considered basis - the two software platforms are substantially different.
