Faulty number 2 key on remote control?

As per the title my remote control which is about 2 or 3 months old seems to have a faulty number 2 key. All of the other keys work fine, the 2 however key is completely dead. Can't type in any channel that includes a number 2 or anything that needs the 2 key such as the default pin. I've tried re-pairing the remote but doesn't help and the fact all other keys work fine suggests it is a dud. 

Does anyone know how to get a replacement? Many thanks.

Hi

The quickest way to get a remote would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
