Another post regarding the loss of "withheld" number blocking on a BT Handset with built in Truecall.
The phones were working perfectly for at least a month pre-switch over connected to the "old fashioned not trendy" copper wire landline. Now,after the switchover, the same set of phones are ignoring the truecall block for withheld numbers completely.
I have tried suggestions here about resetting the base station, using custom filter settings etc. Nothing has made a difference.
Surely VM are aware of, and know why, this issue is so prevalent?
