Hey,
I have no mobile connection with my phone for quite some time now. My phone tries to connect but it doesn't work. Even trying to set the connection manually doesn't work.
I must add that I am in Germany. But up until recently that wasn't a problem.
In August 2020 I have received a new sim-card. Do I need a new one again?

Yes, roaming was/is turned on. I have tried calling 789 a while back but that wasn't possible anymore as well.
Since waiting for a reply I managed to find a solution for my problem. Which is a bitter one and not at all satisfying. My service has been shut down. And there is also no possibillity to get my refund back.
I must say virgin is lacking communication skills. Big. But, since it is also a big company it can just do as it pleases.
Sorry Haylay_S, I hope you know it has nothing to do with you. I was frustrated before and now I am kind of angry because of missing information and communication.
Is there a possibility to get my money back after my number has been shut down?
