Hi, I have a Family Plan with 3 SIM cards, all on the same account. I have upgraded the first one but when I try to upgrade the other two, I see the message "Sorry, you’re not eligible for Family Plan just yet".
I have upgraded my own presonal account from
"Exclusive 1000mins + 1GB" to "5g 4GB + Unlimited mins"
The ones I want to upgrade to a 5g plan are
Exclusive 1000mins + 1GB and 2500mins + 3GB
Why do I get the message and why can't I upgrade?
