Hi,
my contract phone has been disconnected due to a missed payment. Can’t pay online as it says to phone 789 but can’t phone that as phone is disconnected.
Is there anyway I can re set up direct debit? I tried the link suggested previously but it only shows a phone 789 option.
also received letter today stating if they don’t hear from me within five days it will be passed to debt collection?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue paying your bill.
If you are unable to pay the balance online then you will need to call using another phone. The team there will be able to help get the balance sorted. You can reach them on 0345 600 0789.
