Does Hugh Jarse do anything bug moan and complain?? Has he actually tried ringing them?? I did and they sorted it out months ago.

I'm glad yours is sorted. However many in the now 14+ month thread had done that before turning to the forum.
If someone on 789 had the answer, how come the team on here, who have access to those systems, don't know about it? Why are senior team members still saying that Virgin are still working on the fault?
And if it has been fixed why does the problem keep occurring?
The truth is after this length of time nobody should have to ring up over a problem that effects Virgin and Virgin alone.
