No mobile signal

Good morning

I don't have any mobile service and have followed the normal troubleshooting steps but it hasn't made any difference. I also can't see that there are any issues in my area.

Can someone please look into this?

Hey juma17, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome the community. I am sorry to see there is no phone signal at the moment.

Have you recently ordered a new sim or made any changes on the package?

I've taken a look at my side and I cannot see any issues in the area.

Can you please flick on / off in aeroplane mode for me to see if that does anything?

If it doesn't, please take the sim card out and put it back in.

Hi Matt, I've tried all of the above but no luck.

I had an email a few weeks ago to say that a sim was being sent out but I hadn't ordered a new sim and it never arrived so had assumed that the email had been sent in error.
