I have inserted a new SIM into my phone but cannot access mobile data.
I can text and call.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your mobile service looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
Sometimes new SIMs need to be activated on our side manually which I will be happy to take a look at via a PM.
