My wife switched to virgin mobile just like me, we have the same phone model and she can't send mms at all after the switch, even though it is an unlimited plan. I checked the settings and there is nothing different between our phones. Can anyone help? I searched here on the forum but no settings suggested so far, worked.

It may be an unlimited plan but MMS is not included. They cost 50p each.
If you have a spending cap set at zero or allowances only then they won't send.
MMS is ancient technology and with the advent RCS and other methods it's not really needed.

Just looked at your screenshot.
Try Settings Chat Features and make sure it's turned on. That will give RCS messages

My plan is the same plan as hers. My cap is zero and it is sending normally

The screenshot shows you are using RCS not MMS
Google call it chat features. Most likely needs turning on in the settings as it is not there by default
