Missing call from Virgin Mobile

Had a missed call from you and can't ring back. I'm a new customer so I presume it's to do with the set-up/security? 

Is there a number I can use?

Do you have an account with us and if so, would you be able to pass some account security so I can locate the account and check to see if there are any notes left from an agent trying to make contact.

I'm not sure if I have an account yet as my order is still processing/awaiting stock. I can log into the mobile part of the virgin media website, if that's any help for you?
