Does Virgin Mobile support Call Forwarding?

Hi All,

Does Virgin Mobile support Call Forwarding?

I am trying to forward my calls to an 0208 number but the error "Unexpected response from network" comes up every time I attempt to do so.

I am currently abroad and calling customer services for support is out of the question as I will end up with a massive phone bill!

I will appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

I guess VM's crappy foreign call centre failed to provide correct info once again. I suppose VM's super cheap prices mean they can't afford to provide better UK phone support.  🤔

Well, I for one would not hold my breath on this one.

It's harps back to when Virgin were just PAYG and there were good reasons for the policy, but that was a long time ago.

If VM moves you to O2 then it works.

I had VM change me over to an O2 SIM and I can now do call forward.

Are you on VOLT. If so you are with O2 not Virgin for mobile.

I got VM to swap me to VOLT so I could get call forwarding and a better signal (Vodafone is rubbish where we are). Like I said, it's O2 but it's what VM will eventually move everyone too. If you want call forwarding just call VM and ask them to move you.
