Can’t make outgoing calls, Virgin Mobile

Every time I try to call someone I get a message saying “incorrect number, please check the number and redial”.  Today and yesterday.  Any ideas.

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some issues making outgoing calls, I appreciate how frustrating this must be and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

Is this an issue you've had with the sim previously? What handset do you have? Have you tried re booting this / removing and re inserting the sim card? If so, do you get any error codes when re inserting the sim?
