My mobile account has the following message "You have an alert on this account" prevents me making phone calls and txting for the over 3 weeks and dispite multiple calls to the help line nothing seems to be happening to sort out the problem, my account is upto date and my phone number has been with virgin for several years so I am at a loss as to what to do. any help would be appreciated.
