Hi Charlie18,

Have you tried another charger in case yours is faulty and the battery is OK?

You might be able to get a replacement battery by calling Exertis who deal with Telly Tablet faults.  Their contact number is 01282 858 460 or you can send an email to virginsupport@exertis.co.uk

You could also try booking your telly tablet in for repair  https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/phoneRepairs

At the bottom of the screen it will ask for your  IMEI number which I don't believe the telly tablet has so click the radio box and type in TV TELLYTABLET
