We have recently moved house and now the sky sports app will not work on either of our Microsoft Surface Pros.
It worked fine before we moved and works on all other devices e.g. iPad and Samsung tablets.
We get a message saying the account is no longer active and to call Virgin to get it reactivated. I have done this, the person I spoke to said it wasn't the account but an issue with the device.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Virgin Go app and the Sky Sports app; restarted both PCs; cleared all cookies but yet it is still giving us the same error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

May I ask if your Microsoft Surface Pro uses Windows 10?
Have you tried following the trouble shooting steps here?
