On virgin go getting the message Not available in this region even though I’m at home. I have been in Europe but it didn’t work there either!

Can you please firstly confirm, how you're connected when trying to access this please?
Is it via your home wifi, or your mobile data? Can you also advise what device you're using, and the make and model too?

You should also check that your location is correctly set to UK in your mobile settings.
People also often have problems if using a VPN. Some web browsers have them installed as an add on, also some AV programs so check those and disable VPN.
