Hi, I have already posted this message but no reply as yet.
tv go works fine on the virgin app but when trying to open on sky app says limit reached. Tried removing in device management even though only 5 devices are on but will not allow me to remove the one which isn’t used . Please help

Sky device management is separate to the TVGo devices.
Try using https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
Any errors either try in an icognito window or a different browser.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with registering a device.
Please could you expand a little more on the app you are having issues for? The sky sports app has a different limit to the virgin go app.

Yes thanks for the reply. I'm using both apps which you have to do to view the sky sports even though subscriptions are with virgin. The sky app says reached the limit but the only place to remove devices is on the virgin app and it won't let me.
