I am able to login to My Virgin Media, but unable to login (with the same stored details) to Virgin TV Go, either on my ipad, iphone or on the web.
If I try to reset my password on the Virgin TV Go website, I am asked my security questions, set a new password using the insanely bad password rules and then when submitting the form just get redirected to the 'Oops there was an error' page (and my password has not been updated).
Yes, I am the main account holder.
