Currently you either have to call in or use webchat if you want to add it to an existing VM account.
Stream is only available to customers taking either a broadband only service, or broadband and landline from VM, it's not available to customers that currently have a TV service with VM.

We would need you to call in or webchat as advised above for this to be processed as we can't get the Stream service ordered via the forums.
