Upgraded from M600 to Volt 1GIG but still at 600

when are the upgrades meant to start, start date (paying from) was yesterday (23rd) and was looking forward to getting the extra speed (as now paying for it) but still on M600?

router say 600  (690000278)

account package say M600

new contract download says Volt 1Gig from 23rd

when can I expect to get it going?

OK VM have now sorted it, now running at full speed
